The gluten-free pretzels I normally buy were gone, so I tried these. I like them. They would be great with some kind of dip, maybe French onion... Mmmmm!
I've not been diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, but find I am much more comfortable when eating gluten-free. Having a local grocery store that marks their labels with a gluten-free symbol is a great help too. So, here are a few recipes and products I've been enjoying lately.
